The ACA requires all 501(c)(3) tax-exempt hospitals to conduct a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) every three years, starting with the hospital's tax year beginning after March 23, 2012. SUBSTANCE ABUSE, MENTAL HEALTH, AND SMOKING/VAPING - BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES ARE OFFERED BY JOHNSON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL TREATING INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE SUBSTANCE ABUSE ISSUES, AS WELL AS THOSE WITH CO-OCCURRING DISORDERS. THE STAFF CONTINUED THEIR FOCUS ON EDUCATION AND SUPPORT OF THOSE IN EARLY RECOVERY, EASING THE TRANSITION TOWARD HEALTHIER FUNCTIONING.
