IN ADDITION, FLOYD IS ACTIVE IN THE COMMUNITY PROVIDING SCHOOL- BASED CHILD SAFETY PROGRAMS; MOBILE MAMMOGRAPHY; CHILDBIRTH CLASSES; COMMUNITY HEALTH SCREENINGS AND HEALTH FAIRS; HEALTH CARE INTERNSHIPS; EXTERNSHIPS AND SHADOWING OPPORTUNITIES; AND SUPPORT FOR COMMUNITY-WIDE INITIATIVES WITH HEALTH PARTNERS INCLUDING THE NORTHWEST GEORGIA CANCER COALITION, CANCER NAVIGATORS, AND THE FREE CLINIC OF ROME.
