   1. Hospital facility match where its name starts with the entire search text
   2. Hospital facility match from alternate sources where its name starts with the entire search text
   3. Hospital organization match where its name starts with the entire search text
3. Name match where name starts with any provided word
   1. Hospital facility match where its name starts with any of the provided words
   2. Hospital facility match from alternate sources where its name starts with any of the provided words
   3. Hospital organization match where its name starts with any of the provided words
4. Name match where name contains all provided words
   1. Hospital facility match where its name contains all of the provided words
   2. Hospital facility match from alternate sources where its name contains all of the provided words
   3. Hospital organization match where its name contains all of the provided words
5. Name match where name contains any of the provided words
   1. Hospital facility match where its name contains any of the provided words
   2. Hospital facility match from alternate sources where its name contains any of the provided words
   3. Hospital organization match where its name contains any of the provided words
